Gymsvictoria provides financial consulting services specialized in profitability auditing and investment management for the infrastructure of commercial spaces dedicated to recreational activities for adults. Services include training on operational cost optimization, leasing strategies for technical equipment, and corporate subscription management.
The user undertakes to provide complete and accurate information for the profitability audit. Gymsvictoria undertakes to treat received data confidentially and to provide reports based on objective analyses. Any commercial investment recommendation is provided with professional diligence, without guaranteeing specific financial results.
Gymsvictoria is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the application of leasing strategies or operational cost management recommendations. The total liability of Gymsvictoria for any claim is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Payments for training and audit services are made according to the issued invoice. Returns are possible only in case of non-fulfillment of services as per the contract, within 14 days from the invoice date. Corporate subscriptions are invoiced monthly and can be canceled with a 30-day notice.
Gymsvictoria may suspend or terminate access to services in case of breach of terms, including providing false information or abusive use of audit reports. The user may request termination at any time, with a prior written notice of 15 days.
Gymsvictoria reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 30 days in advance via email or on the website. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
